Phạm vi áp dụng Scope of standard This test is used to measure the effect of heat and air on a moving film of asphalt binder and to provide residue for additional testing. The effects of this treatment are determined from measurements of the properties of the asphalt binder before and after the test. The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard.
