Phạm vi áp dụng Scope of standard The provisions of this standard specify the practices and test requirements for the quantitative determination of leakage rates of containment structures for the housing of operating nuclear reactors. The provisions apply to containment structures for nuclear power, test, research, and training reactors, wherever a gastight containment structure is specified as a conditions for operation. Purpose The purpose of this standard is to specify uniform methods for determining the leakage-rate of containment structures for nuclear reactors and to do so in a manner which will permit estimates to be made of the release of potentially hazardous fluids which might be present in the containment structure.
