Scope of standard 1.1 These test methods include four methods for the determination of tin coating weights for electrolytic tin plate as follows: Test Method Sections A-Bendix Test Method 3 to 9 B-Constant-Current, Electrolytic Test Method (Referee Method) 10 to 17 C-Sellar's Test Method 18 to 27 D-Titration Test Method 28 to 36 1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions to SI units that are provided for information only and are not considered standard. 1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
