Scope of standard 1.1 This specification covers requirements for poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) profile sewer pipe and fittings with integral bell and elastomeric seal joints or plain end pipe with couplings in sizes (4 to 48 in.) based on a controlled inside diameter. 1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard.
