Scope of standard This standard gives requirements for carrying out efficiently and under standardized conditions the determination, declaration and verification of basic noise emission quantities common to the types of textile machinery dealt with in EN ISO 9902-2 to EN ISO 9902-7. It specifies noise measurement methods, as well as the mounting and operation conditions, to be used for the test code.
